The hotel had beautiful architecture and design, which made it feel like an oasis camp. The palm trees and horizon pool in the inner courtyard created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were well-designed, with Andalusian/Moroccan influences and a great use of colors and patterns. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, both for dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly and professional, and the grounds were well-maintained.

The housekeeping staff could improve their service, as they were not very attentive. The dining room staff seemed more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather than attending to guests.

Beautiful Oasis in Southern Morocco. Great swimming pool and courtyard. the traditional style of the building creates a unique atmosphere. the staff was kind and helpful with our luggage. the location is perfect for anyone interested in exploring the Sahara Desert. We enjoyed our room's unique style and the local food served at dinner.

The breakfast could use more variety and fresh options. the front desk service was not very attentive when we asked for extra towels.
